Terms of Service

Effective October 19, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Yellow Letter HQ, LLC DBA ThePrintHQ ("we", "us") for your use of ThePrintHQ: the website, dashboard, API and our app inside Canva (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company, you accept them on its behalf.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate account information. Keep your password and API keys secure; you are responsible for everything done with your account and keys. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think your account has been used without permission.

2. The Service

ThePrintHQ lets you design mail pieces, upload mailing lists, validate addresses, review proofs, and have your pieces printed and mailed through the United States Postal Service. We may change or improve features over time.

3. Your content and mailing lists

You keep ownership of the designs, images, text and mailing lists you provide ("Your Content"). You give us permission to use Your Content only as needed to provide the Service, including printing it, mailing it and processing the addresses on it.

You promise that:

  • you have the rights to Your Content, including any images, fonts and design elements, and to the recipient information on your lists;
  • your mail and its use comply with the law, including postal regulations and privacy and consumer-protection laws;
  • Your Content is not illegal, fraudulent, deceptive (for example, made to look like government mail), harassing, hateful or infringing.

We may refuse, hold or cancel any order that we believe breaks these terms or the law.

4. Proofs and approval

Before an order is mailed you can review a proof of your pieces. Please check it carefully: spelling, addresses, design and placement. Once you submit an order, you are responsible for any errors on the approved proof. We do not reprint or resend mail at no cost because of an error on an approved proof, and we do not give refunds for it.

Screens show color differently from print, fonts that cannot be printed are replaced, and low-resolution images print soft. We flag these issues where we can, but the final appearance of an approved design is your responsibility.

5. Prices, balance and payment

  • Prices include printing and postage and depend on the piece, size, mail class and quantity. Prices may change without notice; the price shown when you submit an order is the price you pay for it.
  • Orders are paid from your prepaid balance, which you top up by card through Stripe. Your balance can be used only for ThePrintHQ products and services, is not transferable, and is not refundable.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have entered production or been mailed.

6. Delivery

We prepare your mail according to USPS guidelines and hand it to the United States Postal Service, which is responsible for delivering it. Delivery times depend on the USPS and the mail class you choose and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for mail that is lost, stolen or delayed once it is in the postal mail stream.

7. No guarantee of results

We print and mail your pieces to your specifications. We do not guarantee response rates, leads, sales or any other result of your mail campaign.

8. API and Canva

You may use our API only as documented and within reasonable limits, and must not use it to disrupt the Service. If you connect Canva, your use of Canva is also governed by Canva's own terms, including the licenses for any Canva elements and fonts you use; content that Canva does not allow to be printed is your responsibility. The ThePrintHQ app works with designs opened from ThePrintHQ. Canva is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd; ThePrintHQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or others at risk, or is used unlawfully.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order that the claim concerns.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, your mailing lists, or your breach of these terms or the law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
